Delivery & Refund policy
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 30 business days to process and ship.
We ship from Ahemadabad India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.
For International Shipping, local taxes of the country where the order is shipped might be applicable which has to borne by the customer. Dipali Shah or Dipali Shah Couture is no way liable to pay these taxes.
If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.
We do not ask for any personal information from our customers at the time of delivery other than identification proof. Please be careful while providing any information to any person claiming to be an agent of www.dipalishah.in.

We have a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:
All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the Customer may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms contained herein.
We will not accept the product :
(a) if it has been damaged by you
(b) if it's altered as per specs shared by you
(c) if it has been worn.
List of non-returnable products shall be Custom made products; Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you; Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion and/or Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchange requests if the product doesn’t match the approval policies.
If the exchange is approved, you will be redirected to the relevant page to select new products for purchase.
Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to us or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to provide the proof of delivery to us to establish his claim of return.
